Oh Yes!!! im finally recovered from my left trycept injury! :D
after 1week+ break lol..
soon will start training again haha..
its time to brush up my 90m and 70m.. (:
wonder how are the guys in ACE training lol..
miss them man..
hopefully they have improved alot :D
