Gym workout today was quite fun with Shayne, Mus & Wei jie..
did so many exercise that works for our back muscles lol..
then after 1hour.. i went out of gym then start to go shoot le..
dam sian.. arrows keep piecing though the board x.x..
all my vanes GG lol..
so decided not to shoot anymore for today..
then see lau and jie playing lol..
its good to have such great entertainment when u are bored :X LOL..
well this is the 2nd day of my grandmother staying in hospital..
pray nothing will happen to her (:
faster get well Ahma!!!
